June 7th 2010 , a car accidentally drove into the Tim Horton’s restaurant in St. Albans (intersection of 3rd Street and US 60). The car went about halfway into the building. No customers were seated at the spot, but two customers reported being struck by debris and received injuries.

The driver said that she mistakenly hit the accelerator instead of the brake.
